Start a Return

Returns are handled directly inside your account.
No emails needed.

• Go to   My Account → Orders
• Open your order
• Click  Start return
• Select your product and reason

Your request is reviewed within 24 hours.

Return Conditions

• Unused and undamaged
• Original packaging intact
• Same condition as received

If the product is used or damaged, we may refuse the return or apply a partial refund.

Return Shipping

• Return shipping is paid by the customer
• Use trackable shipping
• Unpaid returns are not accepted

Refunds

Once your return is received and checked, we process your refund.

Refunds are typically completed within 1–3 working days.

The amount is always refunded to your original payment method.
