Which purchases earn points?
You earn points on purchases made through your Tribal account. Orders placed as a guest do not earn points.
Points are calculated on your purchase amount including VAT.
You can also earn points on discounted products. Make sure you order through your Tribal account.
When can I use my credit?
Your credit becomes available 14 days after delivery. Until then, it is shown as pending and cannot be spent.
Check your first reward email for the exact date. We’ll send another email when your credit is available.
How do I spend my credit?
At checkout, select your available wallet credit and choose how much you want to use towards your order.
Your available credit can be used together with discount codes and sale prices.
You can use all or part of your available credit. Any unused credit stays in your wallet for a future order.
Do I need a Tribal account?
Yes. Order through your Tribal account to earn points. Your wallet is on the My Account page.
Guest orders do not earn points. Log in to your Tribal account when placing your order to collect rewards.
Does my credit expire?
Your credit does not expire. Any unused balance stays in your wallet until you spend it.
Can I combine credit with a discount code or sale item?
Yes. You can use your wallet credit together with discount codes and on discounted products.
Why is there a 14-day waiting period?
Our return period is 14 days after delivery. That is why rewards only become available after this period: credit is earned on purchases you keep.
Does my reward email show my full balance?
No. Each reward email shows the reward for the specific order mentioned in that email.
